Providing that the Goods are correctly adjusted and maintained, operating hours do not exceed the above mentioned limits, though there are problems with quality, the Buyer shall send photos of damages together with the inspection report made by the Chamber of Commerce in their countries to us. In such a case, we shall reimburse the Buyer the cost of the damaged goods or compensate the Buyer the same goods with the same damaged quantity
